If you finished antibiotics day before for kidney infection can a urine dip show a false negative for infection ? still have some symptoms

UTI: This sounds like you need to go back and consult with your doctor. Continued symptoms could mean a failure of therapy due to an organism not treated by the antibiotic, a new infection, a complication, and so on. Do not do this yourself. Go back and be managed appropriately. Good luck.
