Before suffer of deep vein thrombosis clot behind knee.but advice on running & exercise needed?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If treated: If your new dvt is being treated with blood thinners running and exercise is allowed after treatment begins for a few days. If the clot is older there is no reason you can't participate in running and exercise. While you're on blood thinners be careful not to participate in contact sports.
