What will happen if a pregnant lady suffers from a gallbladder problem?

Try to delay surgery: Gallbladder problems are not uncommon during pregnancy. Usually, the attacks are minor and self-limiting; a low fat diet will often help. If the attacks are severe and/or frequent, it may interfere with pregnancy, leading to a decision to operate. If so, it is best to do this during the second trimester.
