See podiatrist: I am not sure why the tape stuck to your shoe would cause new pains. If you are having heel pains and sole pains I suggest that you see a podiatrist. Plantar fasciitis is a common cause of heel pain. Ice, heel cups and stretches can help but seeing podiatrist may give you quicker relief.
