Rash: Best way is to be seen by a dermatologist because you are self diagnosing yourself and treating yourself. In case it is a skin fungus you are not treating it right and by putting steroids you are promoting the fungus to grow since I can't see a picture go to your Dr. or to a dermatologist.

Don't Be So Rash!: If you've used a bona fife scabies cream a few times and it hasn't worked-and it'comes and goes'then it's probably not scabies(unless they're all wearing little HAZMAT suits--or you just like to re-infect yourself with the same person).Best to see a dermatologist the next time the rash decides to surprise you again so he can make a visual diagnosis for you,or,send us a pic!We love that kinda stuff

Depends: if you have treated scabies it should be gone unless you were reinfected. You need to know more about the rash: where is it, when it comes how long does it last, what is the distribution. Your doctor can address this and perhaps do a biopsy to get additional information. RAshes can be allergic, infectious, inflammatory. The part of the body invovled is very informative.
