Possible infection: definities clean wound site with gentle soap and warm water and then cover with a thin layer of naaeosporin or generic triple antibiotic ointment ( assuming she is not allergic to Neosporin ) Cover with a sterile, large canvas bandage and change dress ings AM/PM- if not improving within 48 hours- get checked by a physician.
