My son has pimple like warts on his skin which hasnt cleared in 8 months behind his knee what must i do ?

Hard to be sure: Skin issues usually require a direct visual evaluation to know what it is & how to treat it. The limited description sounds like molluscum which are cousins of the wart. They usually fall off over time (1 yr). A better assessment would require an exam.
