Pain in ring and middle finger on my left hand, it runs down to my palm and back of hand, sometimes my ring finger locks up when i make a fist?

Sounds like: a problem with flexor tendon sheath in your palm. Consult with an orthopedic or hand surgeon. A steroid injection to the area could be helpful.
