Doesn't sound right: Sounds like your finger fracture has healed with abnormal rotation. This is a known but often unacceptable complication of the treatment of these fractures. If thus condition is negatively affecting your life, my advice would be for you to find the most qualified hand surgeon in your area and have a consultation.
