I just had pneumonia. i was cleared 2 weeks ago, but 3days later i got a sharp pain on my right "side" below the rib. movement, cough, & touch = pain?

Pleurisy: It sounds like pleurisy. If it has come up suddenly after you were better, you should be seen.

Possibilities...: This sounds musculoskeletal and can be due to muscle strain, cartilage inflammation or even a rib fracture. Once the cough completely resolves, this pain should gradually improve over days to a week or so. See your doctor if these symptoms are worsening.
