See doctor: It sounds like you have an infection in the middle ear or in the canal. In either case you need to be seen by a doctor for an exam and possibly antibiotics. The antibiotics to treat TB do not usually treat ear infections. Please be seen as soon as possible. In the meantime to not submerge your head in water, showers are okay.
