May not be possible: Assuming that these symptoms have been present for over 10 days, then it is likely from a severe sinus infection which may be in the process of resolving. You may try saline irrigation for the nose and sinuses but if the problem persists for more than another week or gets worse, you may well need to see your doctor for an antibiotic.
