Middle ear infected?: Did the doctor say you had a middle ear infection or was ear ache related to swollen glands & tonsil pressure? Feel free to call back & get better answers. We doctors work for you & if things are unclear, you deserve further advice & clarity. Call back & say "did I have an ear infection too?" if so, most ear infections are responsive to Amoxicillin or clear themselves. If not--return if not better.
