Eye Twitching: Not sure exactly what the twitching your describing is. It could be periocular muscles spasm. Myopia and ?Implants (not sure what you mean by retinal implants as these do not exist commercially as of yet) are probably unrelated.
Simple blerpharospasm can be treated with Botox injections.
