My left eye has started twitching i wear glasses for myopia & have retinal implants. not having trouble with vision. should i b concerned?

No : Eyelid twitching is due to fatigue and stress. This will resolve on its own if you get adequate rest and do a little stress management.

Eye Twitching: Not sure exactly what the twitching your describing is. It could be periocular muscles spasm. Myopia and ?Implants (not sure what you mean by retinal implants as these do not exist commercially as of yet) are probably unrelated. Simple blerpharospasm can be treated with Botox injections.
