What to do if i am currently have myopia left eye 175 right eye 200 and i don't have glasses, can i pass the meps vision test without glasses?

Possibly: Depends upon the nature of the DVD test and the diligence of the examiner. You have enough myopia that eyeglasses would be of help, especially in rain or at night when driving. Give it a try and you might pass but if not, then of course you will need to get spectacles.
