Many possibilities: Bacterial and viral infections can cause these symptoms. Strept throat, mononucleosis, HIV lymphangitis etc. Malignancies such as leukemia and lymphoma are possibilities as well. Should seek consultation with physician for exam, blood tests, and sometimes imaging.
