Have it checked out: You know your body better than anyone. So, if the symptoms seem similar, then you'll get a definitive diagnosis by seeing your doctor. You may also benefit from having a clinical nutritionist evaluate your diet, and see if you could improve your immune system thru your diet, eating more live foods, green foods, fruits, vegetables. An integrative doctor can recommend supplements after taking labs.
