Breast : Breast cancer can appear as lumps or knots in the breast and with swollen lymph nodes. However, these can also be caused by many other non-cancerous conditions. You need to see a physician for a thorough examination to find out for sure.

Usually no symptoms : Early breast cancer has no symptoms other than a pailess lump. More advanced tumors may cause pain, discomfort and swelling or deformity of the breast.

See a doctor: These may be benign (fibroadenomas), but a new mass in the breast can be breast cancer. Enlarged lymph nodes, fatigue and weight loss can be signs of breast cancer or lymphoma. You need to see a doctor and have this worked up.
