What could be causing ALL of my teeth to be throbbing? Ive been to the dentist and did have a cavity filled on upper left molar and a root canal on lower left molar. No relief. Also have throbbing on right side top and bottom in the molars?

Had a cavity filled 3 months ago,dentist suggested that RC might required,theres not much pain while chewing &gums are fine too but it hurts while flossing &the molar is still black from one side,im worried abt infection. Should i go with xray & RCT?
Have small cavities(hole) on 3 teeth of which two are type 6 on molars and one is pit nd fissure carries on molar.The hole is visible to naked eye but very smal. My dentist told that I don't need any filling now so, is this wise decision by dentist?
