Nothing magic: Emotional stress can be helped by a well balanced diet where you are getting all of your nutritional needs met. In times of high stress it is particularly important (and sometimes particularly difficult) to eat healtfully and stay balanced. Excerise in general and yoga in particular is helpful. Psychotherapy is helpful and can offer a lifetime of support. Good luck and best wishes.
