No, this sounds like an eyelid myokimia which is often due to too much caffeine, too little sleep or too much stress. Life style changes should be made, if no relief see an ophthalmologist.

Likely you have orbital myokymia which can be associated with fatigue, eye strain, lack of proper sleep, and even emotional stress but NOT related to vitamin intake
