Many: Many vitamins are used up more quickly in chronic stress. You might consider replacing b vitamins like b6, thiamine, b12, and folate (folic acid). Also vitamin c, and magnesium. Make sure you don't rely only on pills, though -- eat a healthy diet with lots of veggies, fruits, lean proteins, and healthy fats like avocado, olive oil, and omega-3's like wild salmon, walnuts, ground flax seed, etc.
