Strength training: exercises are best to increase muscle mass or bulk and with that, gain weight, whereas aerobic activity burns a lot of calories without increasing bulk. If you have access to a gym or weights, a trainer can help you with a rounded program. Otherwise, the traditional push-ups, chin-ups, squats, and core exercises are a good start. Pancreatitis is more affected by diet than exercise.
