Pancreatitis course: It is a very good sign that you are gaining weight. Follow all the instructions you have been given to keep on this positive course. Minimize animal protein and animal fat in your diet. Eat small portions frequently rather than large meals infrequently. If you can, take liquid nutrition supplements.

Probably: but cannot say without seeing. The weight can be due to just fluid accumulation (not good).
