Pancreatic duct: Pancreatic ducts are and bile ducts can swell with inflammation and can reduce on healing multiple times. Whatever brought on the pancreatitis before can recur. Gall stones can also move out of the gall bladder and block the ducts causing dilatation. I would consult a gastroenterologist to help you determine the cause of the pancreatitis and possible treatments. This also could be an infection
