See Obsetrician: Pain of low pelvis & low back regions and associated with pregnancy are oft related to pelvic joints, ligament of which become loosened by an hormone, "relaxin", released during prenancy to prepare pelvis for childbirth. Ob doctor can determine and if occurring can advise a special sacroiliac joint belt, which has been developed for pelvic stabilization and concomitant pain reduction. Not unusual.
