Unlikely cancer: I assume that you have had full work up with lab testing and physical exam prior to scheduled biopsy in 2 days. At 18 yrs old, and stable symptoms for 5 yrs, cancer unlikely but biopsy will be very important in making exact diagnosis. If your blood tests including Complete blood count & comprehensive chemistry panel normal, that is a good thing. Good luck with your biopsy and let us know report
