Need more info: A macular pucker may lead to something more serious especially with his/her notes saying something about a hemorrhage. Please revisit or call your ophthalmologist to get a more definitive answer to your question.

Pucker: Hi. Usually, intraretinal hemorrhages are not associated with macular pucker that has formed in the past. Rather, if the vitreous face is pulling on the retina, as well, then hemorrhages can occur.
