More info needed: May be a medication side effect, environmental issue, or underlying general medical condition. If you are taking any medication including over the counter meds, review the product information available. At age 39, an underlying medical condition is unlikely, but certainly not out of the question. If none of the easy answers help, consult an ENT Dr.
