Not Exactly: Azithromycin is good for Chlamydia infections. And usually taken 2g at once. It does not treat Gonorrhea, Syphilis, or the other many viral STIs. If the symptoms continue or you start noticing any rashes or lesions have your health care provider examine and evaluate the issue.
