Maybe nothing but...: This depends mostly on information you don't mention, such as what STD you were treated for, which antibiotic(s), whether or not you are uncircumcised, and whether there are other symptoms aside from the itching, like redness, open sores, or discharge from the penis. Your best bet is to return to the doctor or clinic where you were treated and let them evaluate and advise you. Good luck!
