See Below: LBBB= Left Bundle Branch Block. This means that the normal conduction system of your heart is not functioning properly. Not to worry, your heart has other ways to conduct electricity. Escape rhythm means that because the conduction system isn't working right, your ventricles are controlling the electricity to make your heart conduct and contract.
