Abnormal ecg: ECG can have a whole spectrum of abnormalities. Enlarged heart can be no big deal or a very big deal. The question you ask needs to be asked of your doctor who knows you and your whole picture. ECG 'abnormal' really is possible with nothing wrong with you. It also can mean lots wrong, we can't know out here without more data.
