PID: There are cases of pelvic inflammatory disease that are not associated with chlamydia or gonorrhea. If it hurts during a pelvic exam with movement of your cervix, might be best to treat you empirically. Hopefully, signs of endometriosis would show on ultrasound and can be mostly ruled out.
