Inflamed veins: Pain in calfs with a heavy feeling can be caused by venous congestion or inflammation. Another possibility is a cellulitis if your legs are warm or hot to touch. You could also have superficial or deep phlebitis affecting your legs. I would go to my internist then see a vascular specialist. Try to apply warm compresses to see if it gets better. Good luck.
