Is it mandatory that methotraxate be taken on the same day every week or is it ok to take it on another day? please advice.

Not that exact.: would recommend keeping consistent dosing since with MTX, under and overdosing is pretty dangerous. BUT MTX is now mostly given as a Once a week dosing. Being off one day either way isn't going to matter much On the old 3 times a week it gets a bit trickier and you'd have to have some input where you move all the doses of the week.
