Probably 6 pills : I would confirm with your doctor or pharmacy but vi is roman numeral "6" and a dose of 6x 2.5mg tablets would be 15mg per week of Methotrexate which would be an appropriate dose for most patients with normal liver function.#24 means for the pharmacy to dispense 24 pills which would be a month's supply.Remember to have your liver enzymes checked once per month for the first 3 months on methotrexate.
