A member asked:

Going soon to a vacation in canada (-6h). when i will return home (+6h), is it okay to take naps while jet-lagged? are alarm clocks a good choice?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Travelling West to East is rough. I find the best way to readjust is to stay up until your usual bedtime locally, and then resume a regular schedule. On average, your internal clock will adjust by about 1-2 hours per day, until you have fully adapted to the local time. That being said, naps won't cause any harm. Hope this helps!
