A member asked:

I haven't slept in 30 hours, how long should i take a nap before driving home?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

As long as you need: This is difficult to answer-classically you should sleep long enough to feel refreshed. Sometimes a power nap will suffice if your driving distance and approach is not difficult. If you have a more complex journey home requiring more alertness/attention-sleep longer.
