Babies make sounds: Babies do tend to make a lot of different sounds. Some grunts, gurgles, fussy sounds, and others are quite common. If your baby seems to have a good appetite, sleeps well and is acting fine, don't worry too much about the noises. If he is having trouble- not eating/sleeping well, etc., check with your doctor.
