Decalcification ?: It's possible, but you'll need to visit a local dentist to find out for sure. The teeth may need restorations.

Early decay: White patches at the gum line are usually the result of poor hygiene ..It is a decalcification of the enamel, the first stage of decay. You need a dental exam to evaluate the extent of the problem. Watch your diet and hygiene practices.

Decalcification: This sounds like decalcification or demineralization. It is the end result of poor cleaning of the tooth adjacent to the gum tissue. If it is decal, this is the first stage of enamel breakdown and cavity formation. Get to a Dentist as soon as you can to have this evaluated.
