A member asked:

Is there any way to really know your associates with working from remote in social isolation?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes and no: Of course, on some level, do we ever really "know" our associates even if we work in close proximity to them? Often time is needed for people to come to know one another -- their strengths, weaknesses, vulnerabilities. And working in collaboration with one's associates is a great way to get to know somebody.
