Agree: If you are 10 days from the start of symptoms and 72 hours with no fever and improved symptoms you should be fine There is a asymptomatic non-infectious viral shedding that may cause a test to remain positive. Some jobs, immune conditions, or prior to having elective procedure in the hospital a negative CV19 test may still be required.

COVID 19: This can depend on what country or state you live in. Some jobs may require a negative test before you return to work. However, if you are well, it is not usally "clinically" indicated.
