i have underlying conditions. such as diabetes type 2, hypertension, hypothyroidism, asthma, chronic bronchitis. is it a good idea to start working from the office or to keep working remotely?

Remotely if isolated: COVID 19 cases are still high. Having chronic underlying conditions, especially those effecting lungs and heart, puts you at higher risk for serious disease. If working from home means less contact with people and is an option it's probably better.

Risk Factors: If you can work remotely do so. Going to the office currently pose too much of a risk. Ask your doctor for a letter to this effect.
