Hello, i recently dropped my television remote into an alcoholic drink i made. i took the remote out and noticed it stopped working, but continued to finish my drink. is this toxic?

Not enough time for the materials in the remote (circuit board, batteries ...) dissolve into the alcoholic drink so I do not think the drink is harmful but I wonder why you did not dump the dirty drink. The remote did not work just because of short circuit.
