Avoid if you can: COVID 19 infections may spread in closed areas. If you can please work remotely, and follow CDC guidelines for social distancing and avoiding spread of the infection.

COVID 19: If building has undergone deep cleaning that is not likely to be an issue. How close is your contact with other people at work? If you work in crowded, tight spaces with poor ventilation - that could increase risk of COVID 19 transmission. If you need to be physically at work - social distance and insure that you and others are wearing masks.

Be careful: Just because you have underlying issues, I would be careful, avoid crowded places, stay in well ventilated room and wear your mask and shield if you are in proximity to people. We have been treating elderly patient and some not healthy patients in my dental office, with good ventilated air conditioned rooms and extra oral suction with good filtration and UV lights, thanks God , so far no issues.
