Brain MRI result: It's true that white matter lesions are seen in people with a history of migraines. It not certain that you have MS, even with the symptoms in your feet. It is possible. Perhaps you had some other symptoms, which made you think about MS? The history of headaches is not normally associated with MS. Why did you pass out? It seems like there is more to the story here.

Not necessarily: You might be developing tarsal tunnel syndrome or alternative peripheral neuropathy issue. But could also, have lumbar stenosis. If you are concerned that MS has been overlooked, get updated MRI about 6-9 months after the prior one and see if any changes.
