Cervical MRI: Yes you need to discuss these findings with your Dr. who knows your history and physical exam. Was the test done for fun or Injuries? What symptoms are you having? Numbness, weakness in the distribution of the nerves that go out of these foramen. You can look at this on Wikipedia too learn more.
