What are the negatives about having 2disk replacements c5-7 and having c4/5 fused at a later date other than it being a second surgery? c5-7 causing beginnings of myelopathy & severe foraminal stenosis, c4/5 shows instability on xray?

If you are indeed uncertain about having such complex cervical spine surgery, for peace of mind you should obtain a second opinion from a neurosurgeon, preferably at the department of neurosurgery at a university hospital near you. Bring your studies. I certainly would want a neurosurgeon very experienced in this type of surgery if I were you.
