See a dermatologist: Soak in a shower or bath. Stay in water for a long time. Your fingers must be wrinkled. Within 3 minutes after the soak, rub in a ceramide cream. There are several, including Eucerin Eczema Care, Aveeno (oatmeal) Eczema, CeraVe. You probably need a prescription ointment. Eczema is not allergy, not due to food, not due to stress. No antihistamine is of any use. It is genetic and related to dry skin.
